How long is the minimum contract?

The usual minimum contract is 5 months, aligned with the academic calendar. Get in touch if you need a longer or more flexible stay.

What's included in the rent?

The price includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas), high-speed internet, cleaning of communal areas and maintenance.

Can I book a room from abroad?

Yes. The whole application and booking process can be completed online, 100% remotely, before you arrive in Madrid.

Are pets allowed?

It depends on the property. Tell us about your situation in the form and we’ll confirm the options available.

How does the application process work?

You fill in the form, we review your application, you sign the contract digitally and make the initial payment. Our team guides you through every step.
